Nuwan is a CFA Charterholder with over 13 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, and distressed asset management. He has led transactions and restructurings across Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the Middle East.
Prior to founding Ceylon Nexus Labs, he served as Head of Corporate Finance at Brandix and MAS Capital, two of Sri Lanka's largest corporate groups, where he oversaw M&A, treasury, and capital markets functions. He is also a Director at CFA Society Sri Lanka.
